  • Workout & Exercise Data: We record the workout plans assigned to you, exercises within those plans, and workout completion records including timestamps and performance data.
  • Usage Data: We may collect information about how you interact with the Service, such as pages visited and features used.
  • Device Information: We may collect basic device identifiers and operating system information for security and compatibility purposes.

Information from Coaches

If you are a client, your assigned coach may enter or update information about you, such as exercise history and plan assignments, as part of providing coaching services.

  • Create and manage your account
  • Connect you with your assigned coach
  • Deliver and personalise workout plans and exercise programmes
  • Track and display your workout completion history and progress
  • Send you transactional communications (e.g. account verification, password reset)

  • Process payments for coaches via Stripe
  • Improve and maintain the Service

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

  • With Your Coach: Your name, profile photo, and workout/exercise data are visible to your assigned coach.
  • Service Providers: We use third-party service providers (including Stripe for payment processing and DigitialOcean for hosting and deployment) who access data only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Apex Coach, our users, or the public.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below. We will delete or anonymise your data within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted passwords, API token authentication, and optional two-factor authentication. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
